Product description Capture photos and video over, under, on, or near the water's surface with your Sony Alpha a6500 or a6300 Mirrorless Digital Camera in AquaTech's ATB A6500 Water Housing, offered here in a kit with the 2-Button Pistol Grip Trigger and LP-5 Flat Lens Port. Featuring a depth rating of 33', the enclosure is designed for shallow water and surface use and shouldn't be operated at depths beyond 15' for longer than 5 min. The ATB A6500's tactile, mechanical controls provide easy access to important camera functions, and its ergonomic design and removable side grip afford optimal handling and comfort. The supplied Pistol Grip allows you to aim and maneuver the housing and capture images--all with a single hand and all without camera shake. It mounts onto the bottom of the camera and is light and ergonomic in your hand. The grip's waterproof shutter release switch is highly sensitive and direct to help ensure you don't miss your shot. Additionally, the unit features dedicated focus control, though you may find that zone focus enables the sharpest images. The housing body is crafted from durable polyurethane, while the controls are made of stainless steel, aluminum, and high-strength plastics. All of the aluminum parts have been anodized for resistance to corrosion and other wear and tear. The enclosure ships with the LP-5 Port for the Sony Alpha E-Mount 35mm f/1.8, 50mm f/1.8, and 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 lenses. It also accepts a system of optional, interchangeable LP-series ports that accommodate various other Sony lenses, as well as non-Sony lenses via adapters. For complete compatibility information, see the Port Chart. - Waterproofing
