Product description Capture photos in vibrant, accurate color over, under, or near the surface with AquaTech's Strike 5000 Flash Water Housing for the Nikon SB5000 strobe. The enclosure connects to an AquaTech camera water housing for a Nikon DSLR. Featuring a depth rating of 33', both the flash and camera housings are designed for shallow water and surface use, and shouldn't be operated at depths beyond 15' for longer than five minutes. The Strike 5000 has a hot shoe connector for your camera, as well as a bulkhead sync cable connector, and includes a 13", 6-pin cable for attachment to your camera housing. You can also expand your setup by using the optional Y Split Adapter and an extra 6-pin cable to connect two strobes to your housing. Additionally, the Strike 5000 allows for TTL exposure and provides access to all flash functions via mechanical push-button controls. The polyurethane body and acrylic back plate are corrosion-resistant, so you can rest assured that the Strike 5000 can withstand the harshness of seawater. Both the body and plate are also clear, allowing you to monitor the O-ring seal to confirm that the housing is still watertight. Mount this housing onto your camera enclosure using the supplied prism bracket with two M5 10mm bolts.
