Product description You can capture brilliant photos and stunning 4K video of coral, parrot fish, and other denizens of the sea, thanks to Aquatica's A1Dcx Pro Underwater Housing for the Canon EOS-1D C or 1D X DSLR camera. It has a depth rating of 295', which can be upgraded for free to 426'. Dual Nikonos connectors enable the attachment of optional external strobes via sync cords.
A standard, coated eyepiece offers a full view of the camera's viewfinder. The housing provides access to virtually all camera functions via mechanical controls, and has an ergonomic design with 2 grips that offer improved handling and attachment points for lighting arms. Built for durability, especially resistance to corrosion, the housing is constructed from anodized, machined aluminum and stainless steel.

- Made from machined, 6061 T6 aluminum alloy, which is black anodized to MIL-A-8625, type 2, class 2 specifications
- Certified A.A.M.A. 2603-98, electrostatic, polyester powder-coat paint is baked on at 350°F / 177°C (ASTM D2794 specification) for added protection
- Controls made from Type 304 stainless steel
- All shafts have double O-ring seals
- All push-pins have quad-ring seals
- Dual replaceable, sacrificial anodes on the front and rear of the housing shield vulnerable parts of the enclosure from saltwater, eventually being corroded in the process
