Product description The Archival Textile Storage Kit is an easy and functional way to preserve garments, quilts and other material. With the Archival Methods Textile Storage Kit, you now have a reasonably-priced means to maintain and protect these valuable objects. The kit comes complete with everything you'll need. The included white cotton gloves keep your hands off the fabric while the cannister of desiccant guards against unwanted moisture. The poly bag is an added guard against storing the corrugated box in a place where you might encounter moisture. Note: Do not place materials and fabrics directly within the polyethylene bag - Simple, easy and efficient way to store fabrics
- When it is used to store protein based materials (silk, wool), use the included un-buffered tissue. However, with vegetable based materials such as cotton, buffered or un-buffered tissue can be used.
