Product description The Arecont Vision AV2155DN-16 IP MegaDome Day/Night Camera (2 MP) is an all-in-one solution that includes a megapixel camera, 8-16mm IR corrected varifocal lens, and vandal-resistant dome enclosure. The camera with a 2 Megapixel CMOS image sensor delivers clear images in H.264 and MJPEG formats at a resolution of up to 1600(H) x 1200(V) at 24 fps. The camera uses a motorized IR cut filter to switch between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting. With easily adjustable 3-axis gimbal, the MegaDome camera allows for 360° pan, 90° tilt rotation, and 360° z-axis. With a minimum illumination of 0.1 lux at f/1.4, the day/night camera delivers clear images even in low light conditions. Additionally, MoonLight mode can be activated in low light areas to capture more light. The multi-streaming feature enables you to stream up to 8 concurrent non-identical streams with different frame-rates, bit-rates, resolutions, and picture quality. Forensic zooming allows the IP camera to become a replacement for other PTZ devices and also allows you to zoom either live recordings or 'after event' video when recording the full field-of-view in HD. This is useful when CCTV video footage needs to be previewed and analyzed in criminal and other legal cases. The on-camera motion detection feature consists of 64 detection zones. When motion is detected, either an audio alarm triggers or recording starts. The automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain constant brightness level and backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light source. With the auto multi-matrix white balance feature, the camera takes a standard white color reference to adjust the RGB (red, green, and blue) colors to produce good quality images in different light conditions. The programmable shutter speed helps you to control motion blur, resulting in crisp and clear images. A recording ability at 1/4 resolution helps the camera save bandwidth and storage space. The IP66-rated vandal-resistant dome housing is made of aluminum and features a 4" polycarbonate dome bubble. - 2 megapixel CMOS image sensor delivers clear images in H.264 and MJPEG formats at resolution of 1600(H) x 1200(V) at 24 fps
