Product description The MegaDome2 AV1255PM-S 1.2MP H.264 All-in-One Motorized P-Iris Lens Day/Night Indoor/Outdoor Dome IP Camera with STELLAR Technology from Arecont Vision delivers 1280 x 960 resolution at a 37 fps frame rate to capture every detail whether viewing live or recorded/archived video. It comes with a 3 to 9mm wide angle motorized P-Iris lens that offers depth-of-field and image clarity. This true day/night camera comes with a removable IR-cut filter that allows the camera to select between color and B&W modes depending on the lighting conditions.The 1.2MP MegaDome 2 camera comes with STELLAR (Spatio Temporal Low Light Architecture) technology, which allows for color imaging in near complete darkness. STELLAR technology utilizes an algorithm that reduces noise, motion blur, bit rate, and storage requirements. Along with adaptive contrast enhancement, this camera has superior low light sensitivity, making it capable of covering areas where very little light is present.For easy installation, the camera can be installed without locally adjusting the field of view or focus, thanks to the remote focus and zoom feature. Focus and zoom function can be controlled remotely through the camera webpage. The added P-Iris functionality provides automatic, precise iris control. Short or full range focus scan functions analyze the local or full scene to determine the optimum focus for the chosen field of view.With CorridorView, the MegaDome 2 camera can rotate or flip pixels in 90° increments, which makes it suitable for installation in narrow hallways where pixels are often wasted capturing the surrounding walls. It is a total PoE solution eliminating additional power wiring for the camera. The camera is packed into an IP66 environmental-rated and IK-10 impact-resistant dome housing, making it suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications. - Motorized P-Iris lens with remote focus/zoom function
