Product description The MicroDome Series 1080p Surface Mount Indoor/Outdoor Vandal-Resistant Day/Night Dome IP Camera with WDR & 4mm IR Corrected Lens from Arecont Vision is capable of capturing images with resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 at full video frame rates of 30 fps. It offers H.264 and MJPEG dual compression support with simultaneous streaming for reduced bandwidth and storage requirements, while delivering full frame rates and resolution without sacrificing image quality. With bit rate control, the CPU load is decreased at both the client (decompression) side and the server/storage side, allowing relatively lower bandwidth utilization and storage requirements as compared to MJPEG. Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) allows for compatibility with media players such as Apple QuickTime, VLC, and others.The camera features integrated Day/Night capability with adaptive noise-cancellation that automatically switches from color to black/white operation to increase sensitivity at night or in unlit spaces. This camera features a wide dynamic range of up to 100dB at full resolution that balances light and dark areas in the same scene, such as in the lobby of an office building or the loading dock at a distribution facility. Additionally, the MoonLight mode can be activated in low-light areas for extended exposure to capture detailed images. The multi-streaming feature enables you to stream up to 8 concurrent non-identical streams with different frame rates, bit rates, resolutions, and picture quality. With the ability to digitally Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) images, you can view the details you need to see at any time, such as license plates, faces, and other objects of interest.You can easily control and fine tune your camera settings remotely with a user-friendly web interface management system that is loaded with easy-to-use menus. In addition, slider bars and numeric text boxes allow complete control of image settings such as video compression, H.264 stream settings, network options, motion detection, privacy mask settings, administration, and view camera details. The camera features privacy masking, 1024-zone motion detection, and flexible cropping.The MicroDome camera can be installed in the surface mount configuration both indoors and outdoors. Small but tough, this camera is housed in an IK10 rated vandal-resistant, IP66 rated weatherproof die-cast aluminum housing and comes with a 2" polycarbonate dome bubble. The camera can withstand dust and water ingress as well as forceful blows. This PSIA and PoE compliant surface mount camera measures 2.6" from the ceiling and is 4" wide and is suitable for use in retail stores, schools, banks, and offices. - Enhanced Low-Light Performance: Captures images even in total darkness with IR corrected lens
