Product description

The Arecont Vision SurroundVideo Omni G2 Series 20MP Outdoor Vandal-Resistant Network Dome Camera comes with 4 x 5MP sensors, each with a 2560 x 1920 resolution, for a total resolution of 20MP. With four individual gimbals, each of the sensors can be placed in any orientation around a 360° track for numerous viewing angles, and remote focus capability offers easy adjustments to your viewing field after installation.

Equipped with a mechanical day/night IR cut filter, the camera is suitable for applications with challenging lighting conditions. For applications with poor lighting conditions, Binning Mode increases the camera’s low light performance by combining pixels so that more light can be collected.

Once mounted, the operator can quickly focus the camera remotely, eliminating the need to adjust the camera on-site. Enclosed in an IP66-rated housing, the camera is suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor applications. The IK10-rated dome housing is suitable for resisting vandals since it can withstand impacts of 120 lb of force.

The camera offers improved streaming capabilities and transmits H.264 video to avoid straining the network. Power can be supplied via a single PoE-compliant network cable or from an 18 to 48VDC/24VAC power supply.

The AV IP Utility tool allows users to configure multiple cameras at one time. The camera is PSIA-compliant (Physical Security Interoperability Alliance), providing interoperability between network video products regardless of manufacturer.
