Product description The CO-Mini 2nd Gen High Definitin MG Night Vision Riflescope Clip-On System from Armasight adapts a day vision rifle scope to low-light or no-light missions or training. It features a High Definition (HD) Generation 2 intensifier tube, a detachable infrared illuminator, and a quick clip-on capability, which is factory bore-sighted to better than 1 MOA accuracy. The Armasight second generation intensifier tube technology incorporates a microchannel plate, multi-alkaline photocathode, built-in power supply, and 18 mm format screen, which improve reliability, image brightness, and quality compared to first generation devices. The High Definition (HD) feature offers resolution of 55-72 lp/mm. The manual gain allows you to control image brightness and detail when you are experiencing varying levels of ambient infrared illumination. To provide visibility in total darkness, this night vision is outfitted with the included IR850 Infra Red illuminator. In event when there is enough ambient infrared to see well without illumination, the illuminator can be easily detached from the main unit. Other optical performance parameters are 1x magnification, 22° angular field of view, and a minimum focus of 66'.
Beyond these optical highlights, this NVD is has a number of useful handling functions. To prevent the intensifying tube from burning out, it has a Bright Light Cut-Off function. When the device is exposed to light intensities above safe threshold level, it will automatically turn off. Additionally, it comes with a remote control to allow you a quick motionless operation. The device has a waterproof housing and can be mounted directly to the rifle scope or the barrel in front of it. - Optical Performance
