Product description Ideal for mounting on most photo and video cameras, the NYX-14C 3rd Generation FLAG Night Vision Photography System from Armasight is equally well optimized for a tripod-mounted or a handheld use. The included monocualar features a filmless autogated 3rd generation intensifier tube with a resolution of 62-72 lp/mm and a manual gain control. The filmless microchannel plate produces less output noise than regular 3rd generation devices, and the autogating allows safe operation in bright-light conditions, prevents degradation, and extends life. To maximize image brightness in total darkness, the monocular is supplied with a detachable infrared illuminator that can cast extra infrared light on your targets. To add convenience, then monocular has a low-battery status indicator, automatic off function, and can be operated remotely via the included wireless remote control. The lens system features a 1x magnification in camera-mounted configuration using the included rear optic and a 2x magnification using the included eyepiece. It also offers a wide 22° field of view and ultra-short minimum focus distance of 10".
The monocular's housing is made of lightweight and impact-resistant polymer and offers waterproof performance. To prevent spillover of light from the intensifier tube and offer comfortable cushion between your eye's orbit and the eyepiece, the eyepiece has a wide rubber eyecup. Among many included accessories is a fully adjustable adapter that provides compatibility with most photo and video cameras. - Night Vision Features
