Product description The 2.5 / 4 K High Speed AutoScan Electronic Ballast from ARRI is an advanced power supply capable of handling fixtures with 2,500 or 4,000 W HMI discharge lamps. It is compatible with M-Series M40, AS 40, True Blue D 40 and D 25, Compact 2500 and 4000 Theatre lamp heads. The ballast has 3 high speed modes - AutoScan (fully automatic), Man (manual frequency control) or AutoMan (combining manual frequency setting with automatic frequency control). The lamp can be operated at 900 to 1200 Hz for high speed work as well as 50 or 60 Hz to limit noise or a 75 Hz for standard frame rates.Other high-end features include the power-saving ALF (Active Line Filter)and CCL (Compensation for Cable Losses). Dimming from 50-100% and remote On/Off is available via DMX. The ballast accepts 90 - 250 VAC for worldwide use.
