Product description ARRI's Pro Support Set for Sony PXW-FS7 with BP-8 provides a range of both 15mm lightweight, and 19mm rod support options for your Sony PXW-FS7 or FS7 II camera. This extensive set includes a VCT-compatible adapter plate with integrated shoulder pad, a two-piece BP-8 bridge plate adapter, one pair of 19mm rods, two pairs of 15mm rods, a top cheese plate, and a CCH2 carrying handle. This set also includes an LAS-1 lens-adapter support, a viewfinder bracket, and a detachable 15mm rod bracket.Add 19mm rod-based accessories, and balance the camera on your tripod using the adapter plate, the BP-8 bridge plate, and the 19mm rods (17"). Lightweight 15mm rod-supported accessories can be attached in front of and/or behind the camera. The adapter plate's dual rosettes are compatible with both the original Sony, and ARRI handgrips (not included). - Adapter Plate for Sony FS7/FS7M2 The Sony FS7/FS7M2 Adapter Plate from ARRI is specifically designed to work with PXW-FS7 and FS7M2 HD video cameras. For quick and easy mounting to a head, the bottom of this plate is compatible with both studio bridge plates and VCT-style tripod adapters. The adapter plate's built-in rod holder supports a pair of lightweight 15mm rods (not included), enabling you to flesh out your camera rig with rod-mounted accessories. The rear of the plate features a contoured shoulder pad for more comfortable handheld operating.Extended rosettes are provided on both the right and left sides of the plate for attaching the original Sony handgrip or other rosette-based grip or accessory. An optional 15mm rear rod console (not included) offers additional support for larger rod-based accessories such as transmitters, monitors, batteries, etc.

- LAS-1 Lens Adapter Support The LAS-1 Lens Adapter Support from ARRI provides sturdy support for many third-party, pillar-style lens mount adapters. The LAS-1 Support is compatible with PL, EF, and other lens adapters, as well as certain optical adapters like the Metabones Speed Boosters. The two pieces of this support are connected via a thumbscrew coupling, enabling quick removal from your baseplate when desired.

- Top Plate for Sony PXW-FS7 Use the Sony PXW-FS7 Top Plate from ARRI when you're looking to trick out your camera to best suit your needs. This plate provides multiple accessory mounts for your camera, and features a built-in support for a pair of 15mm LWS rods. The cheese plate adds 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads on the top of the camera and is compatible with ARRI CCH-1 and CCH-2 handles.

- CCH-2 Center Camera Handle Expand your options for mounting HD camera accessories like monitors, transmitters, mic holders, French flags, etc., on your ARRI camera rig by using the ARRI CCH-2 Center Camera Handle. This sturdy carrying handle screws onto a UAP-2 adapter plate (available separately), and features multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories. Designed for use with ALEXA M, ALEXA Mini, and AMIRA cameras, it will also work with many ARRI accessory-equipped third-party cameras.

Used in conjunction with the ARRI Top Plate for the FS7 (sold separately), the bracket is supported by the Top Plate's built-in 15mm rod console. This sturdy bracket enables you to configure the EVF in a more ergonomic position.

The console can be useful when you want to add extra support for long rods when using a heavy lens or accessory, or to provide rod support in a second location on your camera rig.

The kit consists of the BP-8 sled, a 12" bottom dovetail plate, and a 17" pair of 19mm support rods. Directly compatible with the ARRI ALEXA Studio, the Sony F65, and the Phantom Flex4K, the BP-8 Kit can be adapted for use with the ARRI ALEXA Mini, AMIRA, and many third-party cameras (adapters available separately).
