Product description The Arri True Blue D40 HMI System features the 4000W D40 HMI fixture with 12" fresnel lens, a 2500/4000W electronic ballast with Active Line Filter and DMX support, a four leaf barndoor, filter frame, and a 50' head to ballast cable. The daylight-balanced light provides a powerful light source for your set and with the ballast you can use it with voltages from 120-220 VAC. The ballast also offers the Active Line Filter for power factor correction to maintain color and reduce fluctuations in output as well as DMX protocol support. Included with the system are a four leaf barndoor and filter frame for light modification and a 50' head to ballast cable. - True Blue D40 HMI 4000W Fresnel Head Part of Arri's True Blue series, the D40 HMI 4000W Fresnel Head stays true to its Arri roots with its compact size, while reducing weight and maximizing light output. True Blue heads also feature a new cross-cooling system--lamp housing temp is reduced 25%; lens temp, 17%. A redesigned stirrup and improved tilt lock make using Chimera or similar light modifiers a breeze.
- New cross-cooling system reduces lamp housing and lens temperature
- Redesigned stirrup and improved tilt lock for ease of using light modifiers
- Electronic 2,500/4,000W Ballast with ALF and DMX (120-240 VAC) This 120-240 VAC ARRI Electronic 2,500/4,000W Ballast with ALF and DMX is a multi-voltage, dual wattage electronic ballast with Active Line Filter for Power Factor Correction. ALF provides a higher Power Factor resulting in more efficient power use. This is accomplished by shifting the voltage and current waveforms in phase and minimizing harmonics and spikes. ALF also minimizes the current carried back on the neutral leg of the power systems.
- Multi-voltage, quiet operation.
- Dimmable, operates with 2 or 4K setting.
- 4-Leaf Barndoor Set for ARRI 2K Studio Fresnel This is an ARRI 4-Leaf Barndoor Set for the ST5 5000W Studio Fresnel. Barndoors attach to the front of a light and are used to restrict light from areas of a set. ARRI barndoors are heat resistant and rotatable.
- Filter Frame for 5000W Studio Fresnel Arri Filter Frames are circular and heat resistant. Filters can be cut and sandwiched into them, and they slide into lamphead accessory holders. Sizes are a little bit larger than the fresnels.
- Head to Ballast Cable - 50' (15.2m) This is an Arri 50' Head to Ballast Cable that connects the Arri Compact HMI 2.5K, 4K, Arrisun & Arri-X 40/25 HMI lights to their ballasts.
