Product description Receive SMS and email notifications in case of a fire with the Smoke Detector from Asante. This smoke detector connects to the Asante Home Extender (sold separately), enabling you to access the device from your smartphone or tablet while you are away. Furthermore, the detector will immediately send you a text or email if the alarm is triggered, keeping you in touch with your home while you are away. The smoke detector also uses a traditional audible alert to warn anybody in the house of danger. Easy to mount and set up, the smoke detector is battery powered for a wireless installation.
