Equipped with a preinstalled SIM card, the Vectu Portable Real-Time Vehicle GPS Tracker from Aspenta can be used anywhere in the world there is GSM reception (excluding Japan and N/S Korea). The tracker provides location updates every 60 seconds while your vehicle is in motion, enabling you to locate your vehicle and remain informed of changing circumstances. Furthermore, geofence and speed alert features allow you to program the tracker to let you know as soon as it exits a preset area or exceeds a specific speed limit. You can also create an instant safe spot around the device to receive an alert if it is moved. A help button on the device can be pressed to alert you to an emergency situation, and there is a status LED for indicating setting changes.
When a geofence, speed limit, or safe spot is broken, or the help button is pushed, alerts will be sent to your mobile device via SMS, email, or push notification. You can add four phone numbers and four email addresses that will also receive notifications when an alarm is triggered. The mobile application generates history reports that contain up to 90 days of location history, and all GPS information can be shared with other myAspenta app users. If you own more than one of the company's GPS locators, the mobile application will conveniently show all of your devices on a single map. The device runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can be charged using the integrated micro USB port and included USB cable.
