Product description The Assimilate SCRATCH Single Site License with 1-Year Support provides an unlimited number of licenses of SCRATCH for Mac or Windows for a single location. One year of upgrades and phone/email technical support is included.
SCRATCH is a comprehensive DI finishing software capable of flexible acquisition, on-set dailies primary level color correction, conform, and full-finish post production, including high-resolution grading and 3D compositing.
SCRATCH combines grading and compositing with a powerful data management engine. An SQL database organizes metadata from virtually any source and makes it available to any other tool in the workflow at any time. An open data pipeline enables SCRATCH to be automated and extended via XML to build efficient pipelines, and full HTML support offers the flexibility of remote client reviews. Plug-in support architecture allows further enhancing SCRATCH with plug-ins like Furnace and Sapphire. Stereo 3D is not an add-on but rather built from the ground up. Image pairs are automatically linked for versioning and real-time playback to a wide variety of stereoscopic delivery systems.
The key components to run SCRATCH at its best are graphics, RAM, and disk bandwidth. The program is compatible with many desktop control panels, including the relatively affordable Tangent Devices Element panels. - Color Correction & 3D Compositing

Mac dual monitor requirements are a passive converter Display Port to DVI converter then DVI to DVI that only supports HD resolution.
Dual monitor resolutions up to 2560 x 1600:
An active Dual Link DisplayPort to DVI adapter is needed to get full 2560px, since the NVIDIA Fermi series only has one DVI port and 2 display ports. | | SDI Output | SCRATCH supports SDI output (with embedded audio) for SDI monitoring and SDI playout on Mac OS X via:
