Product description The 930VPL Surface Mounted Boundary Microphone from Astatic is an ideal solution for speech and signal capturing on podiums, desktops, pulpits, etc. The condenser microphone features a flat, low-profile profile with two mounting holes located at the base. The continuously variable polar pattern control features cardioid, omnidirectional and figure eight patterns with variations between them.A momentary membrane switch may be programmed for push-to-talk, push-to-mute and on/off operation. With its high gain before feedback and surface noise rejection, the 930VPW is an ideal surface microphone for boardrooms, classrooms, court proceedings, conferences and houses-of-worship. This boundary microphone features a TA4M output connector and comes with a TA4F to 3-pin XLR cable. - Continuously Variable Polar Pattern
- The continuously variable polar pattern control features cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure eight patterns with variations between them.
- Logic Control I/O
- The Logic input and output enables remote control over the membrane switch and LED.
- Programmable Membrane Switch
- A momentary membrane switch may be programmed for push-to-talk, push-to-mute and on/off operation.
- 12 dB High Pass Filter Switch
- A 12 dB high pass filter eliminates rumble, ambiance and proximity noise.
- Surface Noise Rejection
- The 930VPW rejects surface audio reflection which eliminates phasing and additional noise issues.
- Windscreen and Steel Grille
- A protective grille features a wind screen underneath for wind, plosives and sibilance control.
