Product description Replacing their G703 lineup, the metallic copper 17.3" Republic of Gamers G703GI Laptop from ASUS is designed for gaming, thanks to an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card with 8GB of GDDR5X RAM, a Full HD 1920 x 1080 display, G-Sync technology, a 144 Hz refresh rate, a response time of 3 ms (GtG), wide viewing angles, and 72% NTSC color gamut coverage. The core of this system is driven by a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7-8750H Six-Core processor, which can be overclocked up to 4.1 GHz, plus 32GB of 2666 MHz DDR4 RAM. Storage is provided by two 256GB NVMe PCIe SSDs, which are configured in RAID 0 for improved performance, as well as a 1TB Seagate FireCuda Solid-State Hybrid Drive (SSHD). The G703GI has also been built with 802.11ac Wi-Fi and a Republic of Gamers Aura RGB keyboard (individual key). The installed operating system is Windows 10 Pro Signature Edition (64-bit) and included is an AC adapter. Protection is provided by a limited 1-year warranty with free 2-way shipping, one year of accidental damage protection (ADP) with free 1-way shipping, a 30-day zero bright dot warranty, and 24/7 tech support. - NVIDIA G-Sync technology syncs the display's refresh rate with the graphics card's frame rate output to reduce screen tearing and ghosting. Combined with a 144 Hz refresh rate, which helps to eliminate stuttering and jitters, you'll be able to enjoy smooth gameplay and react instantly to your game. The display also supports wide viewing angles and 72% NTSC gamut coverage.
- Integrated XBox Module
- It's time to break boundaries between gaming platforms. The G703 has exclusive Xbox features to offer a combination of computing power and gaming console-like convenience. The integrated Xbox Wireless module lets you connect up to eight Xbox One controllers without the need for an external USB dongle, while the Xbox hotkey fires up the Xbox Game bar, so you're ready to record and broadcast gameplay, or hook up with friends on Xbox Live across Xbox One, Windows 10, tablets, and smartphones. You can even play Xbox Play Anywhere digital titles on either Xbox One or Windows 10 at no additional cost. Your progress, including all save points, add-ons and achievements, goes with you.
