Product description With 8 PoE compliant Gigabit Ethernet ports, the 8-Port Gigabit PoE Switch from ASUS is capable of handling multiple network connections with ease. This switch can detect when a PoE or non-PoE compatible device is connected and supports both types of devices. When a PoE compliant device such as an access point or VoIP phone is connected to the switch it can draw from up to 30 watts of power regardless of the port it is connected to. This ASUS switch also features over-current protection with the ability to disable ports if the current exceeds 720 mA. - Up to 30 watt Power over Ethernet (PoE) power per port
