Accompanying the enhanced refresh rate is AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync technology, which further streamlines the frame rate by giving AMD APUs and GPUs complete control of the update rate within the MG278Q Gaming Monitor. Other visual improvements found within this display include Ultra-Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free technology, GamePlus, and GameVisual technologies.
The 27" MG278Q comes equipped with a Twisted Nematic (TN) panel, a 350 cd/m² brightness rating, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, and a 1 ms response time. You can choose from three different skin selection modes, four color temperature modes, and 6 GameVisual modes allowing you to tweak the screen to suit the content being viewed. This monitor also comes equipped with two 2W stereo speakers for a complete multimedia experience. Whether viewing the display on the stand or on a VESA compatible wall mount you can see it from nearly any perspective as it supports 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. - NVIDIA G-Sync
- While this may be an AMD FreeSync monitor, it is also NVIDIA G-Sync compatible with the latest driver update.
