Product description Boost the power of your gaming PC build with the Republic of Gamers Dominus Extreme EEB/ATX 6-Channel DDR4 Motherboard from ASUS. This EEB/ATX motherboard comes equipped with an Intel C621 chipset and an LGA 3647 socket designed for a 28-core Xeon W-3175X CPU, while its six-channel DDR4-4200 memory architecture supports up to 192GB of RAM. The Dominus Extreme motherboard features eight SATA III ports, two U.2 ports, and two M.2 ports, along with four PCIe 3.0 x16 expansion slots. Also on board is ROG SupremeFX 8-channel HD audio, integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 5 with multi-user MIMO technology, and an Aquantia AQC-107 LAN interface. You can light up your build with ASUS Aura Sync RGB support, while the 1.77" LiveDash OLED displays motherboard status and customizable graphics. On-demand NVIDIA SLI and AMD CrossFireX technology allows for multi-GPU setups. Rear I/O ports includes two USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C ports, two USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and eight USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports. Cooling Features - Aluminum I/O Cover
- The cover is crafted from pure aluminum to efficiently cool the 10G Ethernet controller.
- Dual Backplates
- Add rigidity and additional functionality to the oversized board. The upper backplate adds additional mass to siphon heat from the VRM.
- Active Heatsink
- Fans located within the heatsink turn on above 30°C and allow ROG Dominus Extreme to handle a sustained power draw of over 570A.
- Active PCH Heatsink
- The PCH heatsink blends seamlessly with the aluminum cover. Underneath is a fan that turns on above 30°C and prominently features the ROG logo.
- Cooling Options
- Configurable via Fan Xpert 4 or the UEFI BIOS. Each header can be set to monitor and react to three user-configurable thermal sensors for workload-based cooling. And all settings can be easily managed by Fan Xpert 4 or UEFI.
- Water-Cooling Zone
- Dual water-temperature headers and flow-rate header feed information straight into the AI Suite utility, so you can keep track of coolant temperatures, and the flow rate of the entire loop.
- Fan Extension Card II
- Adds six headers that are controllable via FanXpert 4. The card has three temperature-sensor headers to complement the on-board header. It also comes with three thermistors that you can affix to different components. In addition to supplying extra headers for cooling, it has three primed for RGB LED strips.

- Last Modified Log
- Track the last change and save preferred profiles to a USB drive.
- SATA Port Renaming
- Rename SATA ports for easy identification.
- User Profile

- Q-Fan Control
- Configure the fan's operating speed manually or use pre-configured fan profiles to quickly select Standard, Silent, Turbo or Full Speed modes. By default, system fans will automatically switch to full speed if the temperature reaches 75°C.

- Fan Xpert 4

There's also an Extreme Quiet mode, which reduces all fan speeds to below the default minimum, helping to keep your system quiet when performing light tasks.
- Digi+ Voltage-Regulator Module (VRM)
- Delivers real-time control over voltage droop, switching frequency, and power-efficiency settings, allowing you to fine-tune CPU voltage regulation for optimal stability and performance.
Connectivity Features - Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC)
- Use the exclusive ROG DIMM.2 module to take advantage of Intel's Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) feature by connecting the four M.2 drives in RAID configurations.
