Product description The Republic of Gamers Strix X470-I Gaming AM4 Mini-ITX Motherboard from Asus is part of their RoG-series, designed with durable components and a gamer-themed aesthetic. It's built on the AMD X470 chipset with an AM4 socket that's compatible with 1st and 2nd generation Ryzen processors as well as 7th generation A-series and Athlon X4 processors. There are two dual-channel DDR4 slots, which support up to a max of 32GB of 3600 MHz overclocked RAM. For storage, it's equipped with four SATA III ports and two M.2 slots, one of which supports the PCIe 3.0 x4 mode for faster speeds. As for graphics cards, this motherboard has a single PCIe 3.0 x16 slot. Other notable mentions include Intel I211-AT Gigabit LAN, SupremeFX S1220A 8-channel HD audio, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and an HDMI port. - Asus Aura Sync

- This motherboard is equipped with multiple fan headers that support both PWM and DC modes, which lets you manually or automatically adjust fan speeds, so you can find a balance between cooling and noise.
- Storage
- There are two M.2 slots on this motherboard, one of which mounts to the audio card and has a heatsink to prevent thermal performance throttling. Additionally, it supports PCIe 3.0 x4, which can deliver faster read and write speeds compared to SATA.
