Product description The ROG Strix B350-F Gaming AM4 ATX Motherboard from ASUS comes built with an AMD AM4 socket and an AMD B350 chipset to support AMD's Ryzen, 7th-gen. A-series, and 7th-gen. Athlon processors. The motherboard provides four DDR4 DIMM slots, which allow you to install up to 64GB memory modules. For drive support, six SATA III connectors are on board along with one M.2 slot, which supports SATA- and PCIe-based M.2 SSDs. There's also a set of LEDs built into the motherboard to deliver a multi-colored glow inside your case.
The ROG Strix B350-F Gaming motherboard is outfitted with two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots as well as one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot to support AMD 3-way CrossFire X technology. With an APU installed, the motherboard delivers detailed visuals through its HDMI and DisplayPort outputs. To complete the multimedia experience, SupremeFX S1220A audio technology delivers 8-channel sounds through the motherboard's six audio jack.
Aside from sights and sounds, the motherboard has two USB 3.1, four USB 3.0, and two USB 2.0 ports to access your printers, external storage drives, and other useful USB devices. To provide a reliable and fast Internet experience, a Gigabit Ethernet port is available. In addition, the motherboard has three internal USB headers and three PCIe 2.0 x1 slots for adding additional ports. - AMD AM4 Socket
- This motherboard supports AMD Ryzen processors, 7th Generation A-series accelerated processing units (APUs), and Athlon CPUs. The Ryzen processor supports up to eight cores and is based on the Zen core architecture. The 7th Generation A-series APUs feature integrated AMD Radeon R-series graphics. AMD AM4-socket processors feature dual-channel DDR4 memory, native 5 Gb/s USB 3.0, and 16 PCI Express 3.0/2.0 lanes for enhanced performance.

- The AMD B350 chipset delivers overclocking capabilities for AMD AM4-socket Ryzen processors, 7th Generation A-series APUs, and Athlon APUs. It also provides two 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 ports and six 6 Gb/s SATA ports for fast data retrieval.

- You can illuminate the insides of your case with built-in RGB LEDs and attach sold-separately RGB strips using the two onboard 4-pin headers. The LEDs are synchronized under different effect modes, including Static, Breathing, Strobing, Color Cycle, Music, CPU Temp., Rainbow, Comet, Flash & Dash, Wave, Glowing Yo Yo, and Starry Night. The RGB-strip header is compatible with 5050 RGB LED strips with a maximum power rating of 2A (12V). Additionally, an LED extension cable is included.
