Product description The AS3204T 4-Bay NAS Enclosure from Asustor is an ideal home multimedia server. It is equipped with 2GB of DDR3L RAM and a 1.6 GHz Intel Celeron Quad-Core processor that can reach a burst frequency of up to 2.24 GHz for increased performance. This enclosure is capable of fitting four 3.5" SATA II or III drives in a variety of RAID configurations including RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, Single Disk, and JBOD to suit all your storage needs. Together with Asustor's ADM operating system, this NAS can achieve read and write speeds of up to 112 MB/s and 110 MB/s respectively.
Connect to your network via its Gigabit Ethernet port, and use the three USB 3.0 Type-A ports for additional device compatibility. The Asustor NAS provides optimal data protection through RAID technology, automatic backup solutions, as well as built-in hardware encryption. When paired with mobile applications (iOS and Android), Asustor's exclusive Cloud Connect technology lets you access data on your NAS device from anywhere with an Internet connection. It also supports the use of NFS and iSCSI in the creation of shared storage for virtual environments. - Intel Celeron Processor
- The AS3204T is powered by an Intel Celeron quad-core processor and 2GB of dual-channel memory to deliver read speeds of over 112 MB/s and write speeds of over 110 MB/s under a RAID 5 configuration.
- Multimedia Experience
- The AS32 is able to play 4K video smoothly. You no longer need to worry about running into resolution compatibility issues when playing videos on your phone, tablet, or computer. Media Converter utilizes a quick and simple conversion method, allowing you to execute conversion tasks in the background. It utilizes Intel's CPU hardware acceleration function to make video file conversions faster and simpler than ever before. Using Hyper-Transcoding to convert video files can reduce the normal conversion time by at least 10 times.
- Tool-Less Installation
- The sliding outer cover can be removed when needed, and the inner hard disk rails and outer cover all use hand screws for simple installation.
- Hardware Encryption Engine
- The AS32 features Intel AES-NI encryption engines, which protects data from the moment it is first stored on the NAS. This means that you won't have to worry about your data falling into the wrong hands even if your hard disks are lost or stolen.
