Product description Assert yourself on the field using Athlon's 10-40x56 Argos BTR Riflescope with a BLR MOA reticle. This long-range, precision shooter's scope combines 6061-T6 aluminum alloy construction with bright and clear optics. The optical system gives you a high 10-40x zoom and features fully multi-coated lenses, optimized for maximum image brightness and true color across the entire visible spectrum. A special highlight is its extra-wide 56mm objective lens that gathers more light than most average scopes, and delivers brighter images even in extremely low light, like at dusk or dawn. The exterior lenses are also treated with the proprietary XPL scratch-resistant coating to repel dirt and oil. For precision shot placements, this riflescope is enhanced with a second focal plane BLR MOA reticle, which is intended to help you in benchrest and F-Class shooting applications. Its pattern consists of three thin posts in the lower half of the reticle and one very short post just above the center, with all posts featuring high-density MOA-based milling marks. You can have parallax-free aiming from 15 yards to infinity by adjusting a side focus knob, and make ballistic and wind shift corrections using windage and elevation turrets with 60 MOA ranges and 1/4 MOA steps.
To handle well with heavy use and in harsh environments, this telescopic sight is outfitted with a strong 6061-T6 aluminum housing and a 30mm maintube. It is argon-purged fogproof, waterproof, and impact resistant. In the middle of the scope, you will find exposed graduated turrets and a side focus parallax control knob, all of which can be easily adjusted by hand and without the need to unscrew caps or covers. The eyepiece provides you with knurled focusing and zoom rings and a low-profile lever for fast zooming. - Optical Performance
