Product description Athlon's high-zoom 4.5-27x50 Midas BTR Riflescope combines the strength and durability of 6061-T6 aluminum construction with the contrast and detail of high-definition (HD) optics in a single package. With the extra-wide 50mm objective lens, this telescopic sight will deliver bright images even in challenging light conditions. The optical system also features fully multi-coated elements for improved brightness and low glare, and an extended 6x zoom for versatility. For protection from scratches, dirt, and oil, the exterior lenses have also been treated with the proprietary XPL coating. Another highlight is the second focal plane APLR1 MIL illuminated reticle, which can be operated parallax-free from 30 yards to infinity. The reticle's outline features four posts, a fully illuminated crosshair, and a tree-like grid of stadia points below the center. The MRAD-based stadia are dense and offer horizontal and vertical numbering. To bring durability and strength to the table, the housing is crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and has a single-piece 30mm maintube. It provides exposed graduated windage and elevation turrets, a side focus parallax knob, an illuminated reticle, and an eyepiece with a low-profile zoom lever. - Optical Performance
