Product description Own the field using Athlon's 8-34x56 Helos BTR SF Riflescope with an APMR MIL reticle. This long-range, precision shooter's scope combines 6061-T6 aluminum alloy construction with bright and clear optics. The optical system gives you a high 8-34x zoom and features fully multi-coated lenses, optimized for maximum image brightness and true color across the entire visible spectrum. A special highlight is its extra-wide 56mm objective lens, which gathers more light than most average scopes and delivers brighter images even in extremely low light, such as at dusk or dawn. The exterior lenses are also treated with the proprietary XPL scratch-resistant coating to repel dirt and oil. For precision shot placements, this riflescope is enhanced with a first focal plane reticle. The reticle's outline features four tapered posts and an illuminated crosshair with dense MRAD-based stadia and a tree-like ballistic grid under the center. You will have parallax-free aiming from 15 yards to infinity by adjusting the side focus knob and can make ballistic and wind-shift corrections using the windage and elevation turrets with a 13 MRAD range with 1/10 MRAD steps. To handle well with heavy use and in harsh environments, this telescopic sight is outfitted with a strong 6061-T6 aluminum housing and a 30mm maintube. It is argon-purged fogproof, waterproof, and impact resistant. In the middle of the scope, you will find exposed turrets and a side focus parallax control knob, all of which can be easily adjusted by hand and without the need to unscrew caps or covers. The turrets have graduations and deep texturing for a sure, non-slip grip in any weather. They are enabled with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental misadjustment. The eyepiece also has ribbed focusing and zoom rings and a low-profile lever for fast zooming. - Optical Performance
