Product description The PD-30T Compression Driver with 70.7V/30W Transformer from Atlas Sound is a fully environment-resistant compression driver for indoor or outdoor applications that is suitable for use in expansive and/or high-ambient sound-level areas. The unit has a power rating of 30W, a 1.5" voice coil, and a plane wave frequency response of 300 to 3,900 Hz (+5 dB). The transformer-equipped PD-30T incorporates the Atlas Sound Vari-Tap Control/Connect Center with a screwdriver selectable Ω/W switch.The integral 70V line matching transformer is varnish impregnated for maximum environment resistance and life expectancy. It also includes a protective terminal cover with built-in strain relief to assure secure cable connection. The PD-30T is terminated in standard 1-3/8"-18" thread male couplings for use with screw-on horns. - Environment-resistant construction for indoor/outdoor use
