Product description The MicroBoom 24" Carbon Fiber Boom System from Audix includes a 24" carbon fiber boom arm with clutch assembly, and a hypercardioid microphone. The boom is a carbon fiber rod compatible with the Micros series microphones. It is lightweight, and can attach to most microphone stands. Each microphone comes with a 25' cable which features mini XLR to XLR connectors. The mini XLR attaches to the end of the MicroBoom for a clean, discreet look. A shielded cable is used internally to ensure a clean audio signal path between the microphone and the bottom of the boom. The stand adapter offers control over the angle, rotation, and position of the carbon fiber rod via its flexible metal gooseneck. - MicroBoom 24 Carbon Fiber 24" Boom w/o Microphone The AKG Audix MicroBoom Carbon Fiber 24" Boom (Microphone Not Included) is a carbon fiber rod that can be used with any of the Audix Micros series condenser microphones. The MicroBoom is ultra lightweight and is able to attach to any microphone stand, making it the perfect problem solver for many miking applications including cello, acoustic bass, timpani and more. The stand adapter designed for the MicroBoom allows for total control over the angle, rotation, and position of the carbon fiber rod.

It features a highly sensitive capsule and wide frequency response suitable for capturing both vocals and instruments. The M1250B-HC offers a hypercardioid polar pattern, yielding off-axis noise and feedback rejection while reproducing clear and detailed audio. The microphone can be used for a wide variety of applications, including choir capturing, overhead cymbals, speech, ambient room capturing, and percussion. There is an included detachable 25-foot long cable with mini XLR-female and standard XLR-male connections. The package also includes a microphone stand adapter, a hanging clip, and an external foam windscreen.
