Product description Aural-Xpanders from Auralex is a multi-part solution to the many problems that a recording engineer can encounter in the process of capturing audio sources via microphones. The package provides a high degree of control over issues such as external noise bleed, structure-borne resonance and off-axis coloration by providing the capability to filter the undesirable external overtones that tend to push the engineer to over-process on the back-end during the mixing stage. Aural-Xpanders offer the recording engineer a means of tonal control and passive filtering before the sound ever hits the signal path and helps capture sounds that are truly sonically robust. The various foam baffles can be placed in various configurations around a microphone, while the included PlatFeet help interrupt structural resonance from reaching the microphone by isolating microphone and cymbal stands from the floor. - Xpander and Tri-Xpanders
