Product description Auray Modular Boompole System: Versatile for ENG, EFP, and More Read More The Auray CFP-BW Balance Weight for Auray Boom Poles is an easy-to-attach, 1.1 lb counterbalance weight for Auray's line of CFP boom poles. The CFP-BW balance weight improves stability for the microphone and shockmount, and reduces fatigue and even shoulder pain during a long shooting day. By adding some weight to the bottom of your boom pole, a better overall weight distribution is achieved. This counteracts the weight of the mic and shockmount from adding downwards pressure at the other end of the long pole. The CFP-BW Balance Weight can be used with the CFP side-exit or no-internal cable boom pole versions, and can be added and removed quickly and easily without need for any tools. - Balance Weight
- The CFP-BW provides a counterweight at the base of the boom pole, providing stability by balancing the weight of the shockmount and microphone
- Compatible
- The balance weight is compatible with the side exit housing connection of the CFP-series boom poles
- Ease of Use
- It can be added or removed from the boom pole quickly and effortlessly
- Compatible Products
- Auray CFP N and R series of carbon fiber telescoping boom poles
