Product description Keeping vibrations and unwanted noise from your mic stand or boompole from reaching your small diaphragm microphone, the SHM-SD2 Suspension Shockmount for Small Diaphragm Microphones from Auray isolates your mic via its heavy-duty elastic bands. A locking knob allows for precise placement, and the shockmount features a 5/8"-27 thread for connecting to most microphone stands. A 3/8"-16 adapter is included for further compatibility, including boompoles. - Eliminates Noise
- The SHM-SD2 eliminates unwanted vibrations that can travel through a mic stand or boom pole and affect the performance of the microphone
- 5/8"-27 Thread
- Standard 5/8"-27 threaded female metal mic stand adapter fits any mic stand with a 5/8" stud
- 3/8"-16 Adapter
- A 3/8"-16 thread adapter is included for boom pole mounting
- Locking Knob
- The angle of the shock mount can be locked into position with the locking knob
- ABS Construction
- Sturdy ABS plastic construction provides a solid frame for the isolating bands and will withstand the impacts from use in the field or during transport
