Product description The Avenview HBT-C6POE-EX HDBaseT CAT5/6/7 Repeater allows HDBaseT systems to be both extended and cascaded. It supports uncompressed high-quality HD video up to 4K x 2K (Ultra HD) and 8 channels of uncompressed multi-channel audio. In addition to built-in RS-232 control support and IR, this unit also supports PoE and Ethernet. It allows the convergence of HDBaseT 5Play over a single CAT5e/6/7 cable.The HBT-C6POE-EX Repeater allows extension of bi-directional IR control of the source connected to the HBT-C6POE-S Transmitter (available separately) from the user’s IR remote control at the monitor side. The repeater comes with a UTP output port, which allows the user to extend video and audio up to 330’ (100m). This device can be powered by the 24V from the transmitter PoE (Power over the CATx cable to the RX) and also extends Internet (100 Mb/s Ethernet service when connected to a router at the TX) signals.This unit gives the installer and user a complete solution for online streaming, network-connected devices, and Smart TV, and Ultra HD monitors and content. Note: HBT-C6POE-S Transmitter sold separately. Because the quality of the category cables has the major effects in how long transmission distance will be made and how good is the received signal on the display, the actual transmission length is subject to high-quality category cables. For resolution greater than 1080i or 1280x1024, a solid CAT6e 250 MHz cable is recommended. - Supports PC resolutions from VGA to WUXGA and HD resolutions up to 4Kx2K (3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz and 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz)
