Product description Store video footage from up to 8 surveillance cameras directly onto the 8-Channel NVR with PoE Switch from Axis Communications. This companion recorder is compatible with all camera resolutions and frame rates, allowing you to use the device with almost any surveillance setup. Equipped with up to 4TB of storage, a surveillance class HDD, and a SATA interface, this NVR is designed for long-lasting use. The recorder also features one-way audio streaming for listening to any audio that accompanies your video, and it uses H.264 video compression for maximizing your bandwidth and storage. Additionally, the NVR can serve as a wireless access point for mobile devices, allowing you to view video and manage settings from a smartphone or tablet. Eight RJ45 PoE ports provide both power and data transfer over one cable for a minimum of wires during setup, and a USB 2.0 interface offers simple data transfer to external storage. An integrated PoE switch offers easy installation, and the recorder is housed in a compact, fanless casing for portability and unobtrusive placement. - Contains 4TB surveillance grade HDD with 64MB cache and SATA 6Gb/s interface
