Product description A Look at New Surveillance & Security Gear from Axis Communications Read More The T8342 Wireless Door/Window Sensor from Axis Communications enables the triggering of events such as notification messages, illuminator, and more when the door, window, or cabinet is opened. The sensor has a transmission range up to 328'. Wireless communication with Z-Wave Plus control devices and Axis' M5065 PTZ network camera enable the sensor to be used in small security solutions with less cabling. Wireless I/O connectivity allows for flexible installation as the sensor can be mounted on a door, window, or cabinet to best suit your needs. In addition, wireless I/O connectivity also allows the M5065 PTZ camera to communicate with up to six devices in a system utilizing on/off commands.
This device uses encrypted Z-Wave S2 security and is S2 security compliant. It comes with a mounting kit and two CR2450 3.0V lithium batteries. - Suitable for small security solutions with less cabling
