Product description Designed for long-distance video camera deployment, the T8504-E Outdoor Managed PoE Switch from Axis lets you connect up to four PoE-powered devices to a fiber-compatible SPF uplink port. Equipped with four RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ connections, the T8504-E boasts a total switching capacity of up to 20 Gb/s, while also delivering up to 60W per port with a total power budget of 150W. Sealed in an aluminum dust- and water-resistant case, the surge-protecting T8504-E is ideal for city and airport surveillance, as well as other long-distance fiber-optic installations. The T8504-E is compatible with select Axis bridges, door controllers, door stations, fixed cameras, fixed dome cameras, I/O relay modules, illuminators, modular cameras, PTZ cameras, positioning units, radar detectors, recorders, speakers, thermal cameras, video management software, and video encoders. - SPF Port for Long-Distance Connections
- Equipped with a fiber-compatible SPF port, the Axis T8504-E Outdoor Managed PoE Switch is specifically designed for fiber-optic connections, which are typically used in city surveillance, airports and other long-distance installations.
