Product description 9 Alternative Camera Supports Read More The VM-2370CF/VH-12 Spruce Professional Video Monopod from Axler is an 8-layer carbon fiber monopod with a pivoting base for smooth video panning, and a fluid video head. Twist-locks extend the 4-section monopod to a maximum height of 74" and allow it to fold down to 25.5". It weighs 4 lb and has a load capacity of 11 lb. Moreover, the base has three feet and can lock to stabilize it for still photography. The VH-12 Fluid Video Head has left-and-right handle sockets for whichever side you want to attach the pan handle to move the video head, which tilts from -90 to 65°. The QRP-602 Quick Release Plate has both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera mounting studs, and a registration pin, which prevents the camera and plate from twisting. Additionally, the monopod's removable pivoting base allows it to become a fully functional mini tripod. - The twist-locking 4-section monopod folds down to 25.5", and it has a maximum height of 74"
