Product description The Azden IRC-22 Two-Channel Tabletop Microphone/Transmitter features a wireless transmitter that uses InfraRed technology, which is ideal for class and conference rooms. This is because InfraRed transmission eliminates common interference problems associated with RF transmission. Azden designed the IRC-22 to be compatible with their IRR-15, IRR-30 and IRR-30P receivers. The IRC-22 also features a tabletop uni-directional dynamic microphone that's equipped with adjustable ribbing, as well as a push to talk On/Off button. The On/Off button is aided by a green LED indicator that glows whenever the microphone is in use.The wireless microphone/transmitter is powered by six "AA" alkaline or NiMH rechargeable batteries (not included). More specifically, Azden's 1HR-3U rechargeable NiMH "AA" batteries are designed specifically for Azden transmitters. The IHR-3U rechargeable batteries can charge while in the transmitter. They are also specially prepared to trigger a safety interlock that stops the device from attempting to recharge regular (non-rechargeable) batteries. Plus, the microphone will still work - even while the batteries are charging. - Tabletop uni-directional dynamic microphone/transmitter features two selectable channel frequencies and is compatible with Azden's IRR-15, IRR-30 and IRR-30P receivers
- InfraRed transmission eliminates common RF interference problems - allowing simultaneous use in adjacent class and conference rooms
- Fully wireless IRC-22 can be powered with six 1HR-3U rechargeable NiMH "AA" batteries or six "AA" alkaline batteries
- Azden's 1HR-3U rechargeable NiMH "AA" batteries IRC-22 can be charged via wall charger mount while in the IRC-22 and the mic will still work while the batteries are charging
- Features a push to talk On/Off button and a green glowing LED that comes on when the microphone is in use
