Product description Put together by B&H for your express convenience, this Azden SGM-PII Kit bundles an Azden SGM-PII Professional Shotgun Microphone with a high-quality XLR cable in one package. The microphone features an electric condenser capsule and supercardioid pattern, making it suitable for directional-audio purposes. Its frequency range of 80 Hz to 18 kHz is useful for capturing the nuances of the human voice.
An SPL of 120 dB ensures you'll be able to capture loud noises—also a facet of the human condition—while the microphone's included shockmount will allow you to affix the microphone to standard 21mm clamp mount fixtures, making the mic a good companion for Panasonic, Ikegami, Sony, and Canon cameras. The mic itself sports an XLR output, and the overall kit sports an XLR cable which is suitable for studio and broadcast situations.
