Product description The B&B Electronics RS-485 is a data line surge protector unit that meets the IEEE 1000-4-5: 1995 and IEEE C62.41-1991 recognized standards for heavy duty surge protectors. It features three-stage protection for maximum safety, and a gas discharge tube that feeds a series resistor and a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) for each supported line.
A tough metal panel mount case protects the RS-485 and it has #10 ground screws, which must be connected to a solid ground. - Features:
