Product description The 1073 DMP from BAE is a portable hand-wired desktop mic preamp using Canford wire, with St. Ives (Carnhill) transformers, and Elma switches. It can be used by engineers, producers, and musicians for applications such as recording, broadcast TV, sound reinforcement, and more. The 1073 DMP features a frequency range of 10 Hz to 55 kHz. It comes standard with the Bootsy Collins modification, which consists of a Jensen DI transformer. This makes it suitable as a 1073 direct box for an instrument. Some other features include two DI thru, an XLR mic in and output, a phase reverse, a 48V phantom power switch, and a built-in power supply unit (PSU) for extra portability.
