Product description Barco's FSN-1400 Chassis for FSN Series Switcher System is the foundation of Barco's FSN series switcher and controller systems. The chassis supports and processes all the functions of the FSN-150 and 250 controllers. The chassis is modular and configurable to as many as 14 card slots. Combined, these cards can install up to 40 3G-SDI inputs, 40 3G-SDI outputs, up to 10 scalable SDI, 15-pin analog, and/or DVI inputs, and up to 6 such outputs. The 15-pin connections are HD-convertible via optional adapters from Barco's Switcher Cable Adapter Kit. The chassis comes standard with 8 M/E slots. - Key Features
- The FSN-1400 is the heart of the FSN series and has 14 card slots. These cards allow expansion to many inputs and outputs. Moreover, the 1400 has top-grade features to support the added inputs.
- Up to 40 native SDI inputs
- Up to 10 scalable SDI, 15-pin analog, DVI inputs
- Color correction for all inputs
- Up to 40 native SDI outputs
- Up to 6 universal SDI, 15-pin analog, DVI outputs
- 3G ready
- Multi-screen and widescreen support
- Less than 3 lines delay for native sources
- Four 2D-DVE Channels
- The FSN-1400 supports and processes all the functions of the FSN-150 and 250 controllers, which are also part of the FSN series. Below are the functions supported by way of two optional 2D-DVE cards, which support four 2D-DVE channels.
- PIPs with borders and shadows
- Keyframe effects with shot-box
- Flip, freeze, variable strobe and color effects
- Scalable key cut and fill
- Cropping and resizing

- Removable front door with built-in washable air filter
