Product description The B&H Binocular Buying Guide Read More Outfitted with an ideal combination of features for comfortable use on rolling seas, the Barska 7x50 WP Floatmaster Floating Binocular employs a moderate magnification and wide objectives to produce a spacious field of view and exit pupil that helps to reduce the disorientation commonly experienced when looking through binoculars on a rolling boat deck. The objectives and exit pupil also boost low-light performance to extend the optic's usability from dawn to dusk or under heavy cloud cover. Complementing these features is an excessively long eye relief that pulls the binocular away from the user to help prevent the eyepieces from impacting the head or eyes if the boat pitches or rolls unexpectedly.Engineered for life on the water, the chassis is wrapped in a highly-visible yellow armor that offers a slip-resistant grip when it's wet or cold. The optical tubes are nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to provide waterproof performance and to prevent internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes. In the event that a rogue wave causes the Floatmaster to go overboard, it lives up to its name by being completely buoyant under most conditions. For long glassing sessions and to avoid fatigue, the binocular can be mounted on most photo, video, or field tripods using an optional adapter. - Optical Performance
