Product description Ideal for science students and microscopy hobbyists, the Barska AY13286 Student Compound Monocular Microscope is built with three objectives on a rotating nosepiece and two eyepieces to produce magnifications from a low of 40x up to 640x power. The eyepiece is set at a comfortable 45° angle and the head rotates a full 360° so sharing the view with classmates, friends, or colleagues is easy, without having to move.Your slides are held on the rectangular stage with two built-in spring-loaded clips. To help you achieve the optimal contrast and brightness, the microscope also offers bottom and top LED illuminators with three selectable brightness levels to get the best view of your specimen. The LEDs are powered by three easy-to-find user-supplied AA batteries. This microscope comes with five prepared slides to get you viewing right out of the box, with seven blank slides and a pair of forceps so you can prepare specimens of your own choosing. - Optical Performance
