The scope's 50mm objective draws in generous amounts of light while being small enough that the scope is still portable. Its objective, combined with fully multi-coated optics, gives the Blackhawk competent low-light performance such as at dawn or dusk, or when trying to pick out game from under heavily canopied forests. Complementing the optical coatings is a neutral-tone green lens tint that renders colors accurately and helps to reduce glare while brightening shadows, especially in low light.The tripod mounting collar rotates for precise eyepiece positioning and comes outfitted with a 1/4"-20 mounting thread for fast attachment onto various support systems; and to get you viewing faster Barska includes a highly portable yet stable tabletop tripod equipped with a pan/tilt head.
