Product description The Behringer Hellbabe Wah-Wah Pedal is a full-featured wah with extras more expensive pedals don't have. It starts with optical control that has no moving parts. This greatly reduces wear and tear, and thus extends the life of the pedal. It goes on to add a Boost function that provides an overdriven signal boost so you can really "bring the funk." The Q control gives you precise control over the filter shape, yielding vocal-type effects.
Quality construction and precision electronics make the Hellbabe an excellent wah option at an affordable price. - Optical Mechanism
- Mechanical pots wear out a little every time you use them. With the Hellbabe's optical control, degradation of the working parts is completely eliminated.
- Adjustable Frequency Range
- The frequency range of the Hellbabe can be varied, allowing use with a bass.
- Boost Circuit
- The adjustable boost circuit adds overdrive to your wah, giving the pedal a much more dynamic, excited sound.
- Q Control
- The Hellbabe's Q control adjusts the shape of the wah filter's peak. With it, you can dial in a broad, subtle wah or the "wakka wakka" sound exemplified by the theme from Shaft, or anything in between.
