Product description The ALLY-7B Gen II Night Vision Biocular from Bering Optics is a close-range night vision device (NVD) that comes with flip-up headgear for hands-free viewing. This NVD has a bi-ocular design and is equipped with an integrated infrared illuminator capable of illuminating a subject at close range. A Gen 2+ intensifier tube endows the ALLY-7B with resolution superior to those of previous generation NVDs, and it also features Automatic Brightness Control, which maintains the image brightness at an optimal level and produces relatively constant image quality in dynamic light conditions.A 40° angle of view and manual focus objective make the ALLY-7B help the operator maintain awareness of their surroundings, and a 10-inch close focus capability is useful for map reading and other close-up tasks. The included flip-up headgear has adjustable straps for a custom fit and padding for added comfort. The flip-up headgear adapter makes hands-free use and flip-up storage quick and easy; a dovetail rail atop the housing allows the biocular to be dismounted in situations when handholding the optic is more practical. An IPX5 waterproof housing makes the ALLY-7B NVD ready to perform in heavy rain, high humidity, and freezing temperatures.
