Product description A virtual instrument produced by Eduardo Tarilonte and available for download, Altus by Best Service gives you the eerie and ethereal sound of the countertenor, a male voice that often straddles the traditionally female alto's range. This kind of voice can instantly evoke Renaissance and Baroque eras, and as such, this virtual instrument—powered by the Native Instruments Kontakt Player—is suitable for music productions, films, documentaries, demoing classical pieces, and apposite genres of music (new age for instance). Featuring the voice of countertenor José Hernández Pastor, Altus offers 3,000 mono samples at 44.1 kHz/24-bit, all lossless-compressed to 1.3GB total. This virtual instrument also sports a word-builder for creating your own phrases, commingling 26 connectable words (136 elements including words and syllables) with five true legato and portamento vowels. The software is Mac and Windows Compatible, and operates in standalone, VST, AU, and AAX platforms. - Notable Features
