Product description Powered by the included Native Instruments Kontakt Player, Best Service Emotional Violin is a virtual instrument designed to be played with high levels of emotional expression. The library covers a variety of musical styles and playing techniques, as well as a broad range of musical settings and tempos, well-suited for film scoring, pop music, songwriting, and classical or modern avant-garde violin compositions.Emotional Violin uses contextual sampling to capture the emotional expressiveness and natural bowing of a trained violinist playing every note in a musical context. It offers three, true legato master patches recorded in a romantic setting with delicate vibrato and a full-bodied sound, as well as in a more modern context with an intimate sound, less vibrato, and lower dynamics.The library is versatile. Thanks to intelligent scripting, there are more than 50 different playing styles available. Over 70 articulations and ornaments with up to nine round robins per note allow for different phrases, turns, variations, bars, and closing notes to be used as independent phrasings without having to repeat themselves.Keyswitches offer extensive control over various parameters to ensure that the notes and articulations sound natural within the musical context of your composition. They include Delicate to Fast, Vivid to Moderate, Rebowing for changing the direction of the bowing (great for long sustains), and Vibrato Crossfade to easily fade from non-vibrato to vibrato.Emotional Violin was recorded in a wood-paneled studio with a high ceiling. Pairs of Neuman KM 184s and U 87s were used to close-mike the violin, resulting in samples with low levels of room sound. Should you need a more spacious ambience for your instrument, the onboard convolution reverb provides a variety of reverbs to add depth to your sound.
