Product description This electronic download of Galaxy II Vienna Grand Piano from Best Services is a virtual instrument based on the Bösendorfer Imperial 290 grand piano, an instrument renowned for, among other things, its extended range in the bass register, extending note-wise all the way down to C0. This software-piano is powered by the Native Instruments Kontakt engine and can run using Kontakt Player, which is included with your download.
Featuring over 2,000 samples, this library has been recorded at 24-bit resolution, and its 13 modeled velocity zones provide a dynamic range both wide and smoothly actuated. Kontakt Player offers solid performance, direct-from-disk streaming, lossless sample compression, and a user interface designed specifically for Galaxy Pianos.This virtual instrument samples the full 97-key Bösendorfer right down to the sympathetic vibrations these lower timbres provide, thus engendering a piano tone even more sonorous and resonant when the damper pedal is depressed. To capture the effects of this lower register, additional microphones have been utilized. It is also worth noting that this piano was sampled at Hansahaus Studios in Germany, a Grammy-winning facility well known for its jazz recordings. - Notable Features
